Dataset for provision of cadastral map in digital form in SHP format. Data comes from ISKN (Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map includes planimetric and descriptive component. Planimetry contains boundaries of parcels, cadastral and administrative units, perimeters of buildings and geodetic control points. Descriptive elements contain lettering (parcel numbers, geographical names etc.), map symbols (symbols of nature of land use etc.) and lines (boundaries of protected zones etc.). Some information of digital map is omitted during the data conversion into SHP format (information on point number, quality code linked to planimetry points, line symbols etc.). Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Cadastral map is provided via cadastral units using JTSK coordinate system (EPSG:5514). Data is available for cadastral units with digital form of cadastral map only - (to the 2024-09-02 it is 99.09% of the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. 78 150.16km2). Data is provided in SHP format (Windows-1250 character encoding). Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Dataset for the theme Cadastral Parcels (CP) harmonised according to the INSPIRE Directive and ELF Data Specification version 1.0. Data contains boundaries of cadastral units, parcels and parcel numbers. Dataset is provided as Open Data (licence CC-BY 4.0). Data is based on ISKN (Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estates). Data is available only in those cadastral units, where the cadastral map is in digital form - (to the 2024-08-26 it is 99.09% of the Czech territory, i.e. 78 150.16km2). Data is created daily (if any change within the cadastral unit occurs). Data in the GML 3.2.1 format is valid against XML Definition Schema for the theme Cadastral Parcels in version 4.0 and against spatial data scheme for ELF in version 1.0. Dataset is compressed (ZIP) for downloading. Základní územní jednotkou se rozumí území obce nebo vojenského újezdu a v případě, že je obce členěna, území městského obvodu nebo městské části. Základní územní jednotka je složeným prvkem a jejich číselník se rovná souboru obcí (bez Prahy a statutárních měst, členěných na městské obvody nebo městské části, ale včetně vojenských újezdů) a souboru městských obvodů nebo městských částí v Praze a členěných statutárních městech. Územní obvod každé základní jednotky může být tvořen souhrnem několika územně technických jednotek nebo je totožný s jednou územně technickou jednotkou.
